SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed on our website will be shipped from the United Kingdom. We offer free shipping on orders above £200.

 

We will always do our best to deliver to you as quickly and as smoothly as we can. In the holiday seasons or flash sales please allow 3 working days for your parcel to be dispatched.

All items are shipped in the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery and International Orders a Signed for Service.

If you need your order urgently please let us at  info@faraboutique.com know and we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.

 

SHIPPING INSIDE THE UK

 

-              Free shipping on order over £200

-              Flat rate £5 for orders under £200

 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and will take 2-5 days to arrive after they are dispatched.

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via the email address you provided at the check out.

 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

 

 

-              Free shipping on order over £200

-              Flat rate of £8 for orders under £200

 

All orders will be sent via Royal Mails International service. Delivery between 5-14 days (shipping can take longer due to customs)

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via the email address you provided at the check out. Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.

 

All international orders require you to leave a phone number and can not be delivered to a PO Box or hotel.  

 

We offer a Worldwide service and are happy to post internationally. Please not the list of countries with shipping limitations. If you want t order to one of these countries please email us at info@faraboutique.com

 

 

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared………………..

 

RECEIPTS

Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no-one is available to receive your item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot. If you would like to return an item please be aware that the first attempted date of delivery will be counted as date in which goods were received.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

We are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed unfortunately. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before going forward with your order, we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

 

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME

All orders will be processed within 2 working days. During national holidays and the launch of new collections please allow 5 working days.

 

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@faraboutique.com. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next working day.

 

CUSTOMS AND DUTY

All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. FARA is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.

- Nepal

- Nigeria

- Pakistan

- Saudi Arabia

- Sudan

- Syria

Please note, we are also unable to ship to hotels, so please use a private address only.
