FABRIC + CARE
Silk is a luxurious, beautiful, and delicate fabric that should be treated with care. We recommend, always professionally dry clean your garment or hand wash carefully in cold water with a special silk detergent. This will keep the colour and silk strong. If silk is handled correctly it is durable and long lasting, but the yarn becomes porous and damaged if treated incorrectly. Avoid spraying perfume or deodorant on the garment and never expose silk to direct sunlight.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT
For our cherished European customers, as you know, Brexit has changed the way in which we send and receive goods to and from EU countries.
We are adapting and learning to continually improve our service to you.
For the moment:
Your delivery may be subject to VAT & Duty charges dictated by your country's customs rate, and this will be payable either directly to the customs office, or to our courier, depending on which service you have chosen. Please note that as the customer you are responsible for all import fees, which can vary depending country.
If the parcel is undelivered due to customer refusal to pay import duties, we are not liable. Refusal to pay import duties does not mean that the parcel will be safely returned to us. We will only refund the purchase if and when the parcel is returned to us. The refusal process can attract significant returns fees, which will be deducted from the return value.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
Items are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail, Spring, TNT, or FedEx.
We will always do our best to deliver to you as quickly and as smoothly as we can, so please allow 1-2 working days for us to dispatch your order.
Please note: if you place multiple orders on the same day to the same shipping address, our system may automatically merge them and ship together. To avoid this, please place orders 24 hours apart.
If for any reason you need your order urgently please let us at know by emailing email@example.com and we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.
In the event that the provided shipping address is incorrect or unknown, the carrier will return the goods to us. Once we receive them back, we will alert you and refund the items minus shipping. You may then repurchase with an updated shipping address.
Please keep a close eye on your tracking number once you receive it. If there are any issues as the parcel makes its way to you, please contact us immediately.
If your tracking states the parcel as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 days, after this time frame we may not be able to assist in finding this item and are not responsible for its replacement.
If the parcel is undelivered due to refusal to pay import duties we are not responsible. Refusal to pay import duties does not mean that the parcel will be safely returned to us. We will only refund the purchase (minus all shipping and returns fees) if and when the parcel is returned to us.
Most orders will require a signature for delivery, and require you to be present at the time of delivery. After three failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us in which case we will refund you minus all shipping fees incurred.
Please note: We are not responsible for stolen parcels after they have been delivered. If you do not provide specific instructions for delivery, our courier will deliver to your doorstep in cases that are not signed for services. Please ensure you order to a secure location.
SHIPPING INSIDE THE UK
All orders are sent via Royal Mail or Hermes and will take 2-5 working days to arrive after they are dispatched.
Please choose our express option for overnight delivery.
**Covid Delays: While most orders are being delivered on a standard time scale, certain countries are still experiencing Covid-19 related delays.
Orders will be sent via FedEx, TNT, Spring, or equal service. Delivery times very greatly, but are usually between 3-21 days (shipping can take longer due to customs or unforeseen circumstances once handed over to national mail service in destination country)
If you would like an express, guaranteed delivery date, we recommend selecting our EXPRESS shipping option. Delivery time ranges country to country, but usually within 5 working days. We recommend contacting your local postal service directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.
All international orders require you to leave a phone number and can not be delivered to a Post Office, PO Box, or hotel.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE & DUTY
All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. FARA is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
Please note that recipients outside the UK will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Refusal to complete customs information or payment may result in a confiscated parcel, which we are not responsible for.

Most parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no one is available to receive your parcel, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot. If you would like to return an item please be aware that the first attempted date of delivery will be counted as date in which goods were received.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
We are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before going forward with your order, we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
