Illustrations
Born on paper but brought to life on fabric, our illustrations are a profound part of our story. Our illustrated scarves were FARA Boutique's very first collection, hand illustrated by Fumie in precious watercolour, inspired by our travels throughout India. Our illustrative journey has since flowed from our Indian adventures into its spirituality and symbolism, our Rise and Treasure print Collections provoking ideas of birth, rebirth and protection. Fumies paintings are then translated into digital format with help of Rachel's experience in graphic design, and are printed onto silk using advanced digital printing techniques. By employing digital printing, we embrace an eco-friendly approach, utilising non-toxic dyes and minimising water usage, thereby reducing our environmental footprint.
