RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to feel totally happy with your purchase and are working hard to make things that way. If you receive your item and change your mind we are happy to accept a full price or sale item.
HOW DO YOU RETURN YOUR ITEM
Before you return please read the below conditions so you are not disappointed.
- To return an item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and please ensure you have read the conditions below.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
- Please ensure you add your original proof of purchase or a note inside of your name and order number inside your return so we can identify you.
- Please ensure you mark “RETURNED GOODS” on the outside of your parcel. If you are outside the EU please also mark “RE-IMPORT” and that the total cost of goods is £10 - if this is not marked and import charges are incurred this will be deducted from your total refund.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESSES YOUR REFUND
Once we receive your item, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. FARA Boutique is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. Please ensure once you receive your tracking number you keep track of it. We will assume your item has been delivered if we do not hear from you within 60 days of your order being placed, after this time frame we can assist in finding this item and are not responsible for its replacement
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED
We will refund your item via its original form of payment for the purchase. Once your item has been received and approved for refund we endeavour to process immediately but please allow 5 working days. You will receive an email confirmation of the return and reunded itam and amount. We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
IF OUR ITEM IS FAULTY
Firstly if you receive a faulty item we are very sorry. Please follow the return instructions and we would be very grateful if you could send a photo of the fault to email@example.com so we can ensure this doesn't happen again. We then can replace this item if it is stock and if not will issue a refund once the item has been returned.
RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM
If you seem to have received the wrong item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help you with this.
At the moment we do not exchange garments. We ask you please to follow the returns process above and purchase the new item.
