    We cannot be responsible for courier delays. If your tracking is not updating or your parcel is at customs please contact your courier immediately to find out more information.

    It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they follow the tracking and take any necessary steps to receive the order.

    If packages are lost during transit or damaged, a minimum of 21 days from the most recent tracking update is required before the courier can provide the final update and we can investigate further.

    Please let us know within 30 days of the delivery date represented in your tracking information if your order is damaged or you did not receive it. After this amount of time we will not be able to assist any further.
    Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

    Cut off time for orders is 3pm UK time. Orders placed between 3pm Friday to Monday will be dispatched on Monday.

    Orders from the UK and the USA dispatch from our UK Facility.
    Orders from the EU, EEA and CH ship from our Netherlands Facility.
    Orders from the Rest of the World dispatch from our UK Facility.

    Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout and you will be able to choose between standard or express shipping.
    This information is a guideline to shipping times after dispatch. Please allow extra time for orders sent to remote locations and/or during peak sale/seasonal periods.

    • UK parcels usually arrive between 1-3 working days. Express shipping is available for next working day delivery on orders placed before 3pm.

    • EU / USA parcels - standard shipping takes roughly 3-7 working days and express takes 1-3 working days.

    • Australia / New Zealand / Canada - standard shipping takes roughly 3-10 working days and express takes 3-5 working days.

    • Rest of the world - Shipping times vary depending on location. Please contact us via email for more information.

    We do not offer same day delivery.
    We have set up facilities in the EU and UK so that you will not need to pay import taxes and duties if you are ordering from these locations.

    For the rest of the world:

    You may be required to pay customs fees or taxes which are determined once a shipment reaches your home country and customs office. Taxes and duties are calculated by the courier and may need to be paid before you can receive your item.

    Each country has its own charges. Please be aware of your country's import structure and fees/limitations. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information.

    FARA Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your package by your local authorities. You will be responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance. Legally we must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower customs fees.

    If the parcel is undelivered due to customer refusal to pay import duties, we are not liable. Refusal to pay import duties does not mean that the parcel will be safely returned to us. We will only be able to refund your purchase if and when the parcel is returned to us. The refusal process can attract significant returns fees, which will be deducted from the return value.

    Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

    Once your order has been placed, it can not be cancelled or edited.
    If you have input the incorrect shipping details we will do our best to change the address on your parcel but once it has been processed at our warehouse this may not be possible. If it is not possible you will need to contact your courier.
    If your tracking states your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it or if your tracking has not updated at any point please contact your courier immediately.

    Please ensure your delivery address is secure. We cannot take responsibility for stolen or missing packages.
    If your tracking states that it has been returned, we will not be able to take action with the courier.
    Once we receive your item back, we will reach out to you and see if you want it to be refunded or resent.
    If we haven’t heard from you in 7 days we will refund you.
    Any duties unpaid, or shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
    If your package is “refused” or “unclaimed” at customs this may result in your parcel being destroyed.
    We are only able to refund your order once it is back at our warehouse.
    We are not responsible for any charges that may occur during the return process, if charges are applied this will be deducted from your refund amount.
    Our Goa Boutique is seasonal, and only open from the months of November - April. During this time, we are able to ship within India. For the rest of the year, we are able to ship from our UK location, however this means you may have to pay very high duties and taxes.
